Groups often take both abalina 1 and 2-on-rotary cottages to house up to 12 guests as it is in a boutique development of only 2 cottages with the facility to have interconnecting courtyards.

CANCELLATIONS For any booking, full refund if cancelled 30 nights or more before arrival less a $50 administration fee. For off-peak bookings, cancellations under 30 nights will be transferred to another off-peak time suitable to both you and the host (after 12 months this will be converted to a gift voucher). Peak bookings under 30 nights cancellation cannot be refunded but we will endeavour to rebook the period for you and refund the booking amount received less a $50 administration fee.

CONDITIONS OF SPECIALS
Standard off-peak 3 night special mid season is off-peak January, off-peak April and first 2 weeks of May, Sept/Oct school holidays.
Specials and weekly bookings cannot be booked online ( Phone/email bookings only) If you make an online booking when a special could have been arranged by phone or email then you will be given the special rate less the 2% online software booking fee which we incur.
Special rates quoted are for stays in abalina 1 and 2-on-rotary. Add $20pn for superior abalina-on-thompson (except for the third night special which is still $100)
After booking, should other specials be offered (excluding last minute rates) then you will be contacted and advised of a rate reduction. Prices cannot be increased once your booking has been made unless there has been a software error at the time of booking.

EXTRAS
- Wireless Internet (Ethernet cable also supplied) $10 per night of your stay averaging 100mb per day. Additional charges of 10c per mb for higher usage. This is to be paid with the final balance payment.
- $35 for light breakfast which would be sufficient for 3 mornings for a couple
- Add dinners, flowers and chocolates, wine and tours

DEPOSIT: $250, if over 6 months in advance and only if booking by phone or email. Standard deposit 50% with balance payable 30 days in advance of arrival. If booking over 6 months in advance, balance of deposit required 90 days in advance of arrival and final balance 30 days in advance of arrival. Payment by credit card, direct deposit/Internet transfer. Posting of cheques only for booking well in advance. Monthly payments for bookings well in advance also considered.
