Specials and weekly bookings cannot be booked online (except weekly bookings in winter) Weekly and 3 week night off-peak specials do not apply to April or first week of May.
Specials and weekly periods can be booked by email (Internet transfer) or by phone (credit card). Weekly bookings need to include a full weekend (not commencing on a Saturday). If a booking is made online at the full rate, then a refund will be made for overpayment or an adjustment made in the balance payment.
Special rates quoted are for stays in abalina 1 and 2-on-rotary during off-peak periods in Sept - March. Add $20pn for larger abalina-on-thomspon. The Pay 6/Stay 7 does not apply to winter which has its own special rate.
After booking, should other specials be offered (excluding last minute) then you wil be contacted and advised of a rate reduction. Prices cannot be increased once your booking has been made unless there has been a software error at the time of booking.
STANDARD OFF-PEAK RATES ON ABALINA 1 AND 2-ON-ROTARY (Sept - March)
- 5th and 6th guests not charged
- one child under 2 in their own cot not charged
- $225pn for a single or couple using ensuite/main bed only in abalina 1 (Sept to March off peak)
- $265pn twin share one couple can use two bedrooms and two bathrooms
- $20pn for children 16 and under (maximum charge $40pn for 2-4 children)
- $50pn for guests over 16 (maximum charge $100pn for additional 2-4 guests)
- $395pn for peak periods with no charge for additional guests
- Larger abalina-on-thompson often set for $385pn off-peak on the calendar ($415pn peak) with no charge for additional guests (if other cottages fully booked in off-peak times rate will drop to $285pn twin share.
- abalina-on-cobden (our premium cottage) off-peak $325pn twin share and $445pn up to 4 adults. $475pn peak for 4 adults. Great for 2 couples sharing as able to have 2 ensuites

DEPOSIT: one night rate, if over 6 months in advance and only if booking by phone. Standard deposit 50% with balance payable 30 days in advance of arrival. If booking over 6 months in advance, balance of deposit required 90 days in advance of arrival.
