we are not pet friendly as we need to protect future guests who have allergies. We can recommend pet friendly places though or refer you to a pet motel in Porepunkah

CONDITIONS OF SPECIALS FOR OUR LUXURY BRIGHT ACCOMMODATION

Only one special applies per booking.

After booking, should other specials be offered (excluding last minute rates) then you will be contacted and advised of a rate reduction. Prices cannot be increased once your booking has been made unless there has been a software error at the time of booking.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Deposits and Full Payment

Off-peak periods: a deposit of 50% of the total tariff is to be paid by credit card. Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival.If full payment is not received 30 days prior to arrival, the host reserves the right to cancel the booking.

Peak and mid-peak periods, booking of multiple cottages and special event periods: 50% deposit with the final balance due 60 days in advance of arrival.

Host may move you to an equivalent cottage or upgrade you to superior cottage

In order to facilitate bookings, on a rare occasion, your host may move you to one of our other cottages of equal or superior standard.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancelled off-peak bookings

Over 30 days in advance of arrival, full refund of deposit less a $50 administration fee
From 7 to 30 days in advance of arrival transfer to another off-peak date suitable to both the host and guests with additional payment of any shortfall for the new period or the stay can be shortened (provided the booking has been fully paid)

Cancelled peak/ mid- peak bookings, booking of multiple cottages and special event periods

Over 60 days in advance of arrival, full refund of deposit less a $50 administration fee.
Under 60 days in advance of arrival we will attempt to rebook the period and you will be given a refund less any shortfall and less a $50 administration fee (provided your booking has been paid in full).
NOTE: full payment required 60 days in advance of arrival
