Standard rates (only offered for 2 guests when all others full)

• $285pn for the first 2 guests using 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms but rate usually set for up to 6 guests until others are fully booked.
• Additional guests: $40pn for adults 16 and over and $20pn for children, $10pn 5th and 6th guestsq
• Peak $415pn (no charge additional guests with $356pn weekly for up to 6 guests)

  SPECIALS (phone to book except winter)

• Stay 3/Pay 2 all February and 7th to 31st May including weekends
• Stay 5/Pay 4 Sunday to Thursday including peak periods
• $290pn for up to 6 guests for 3 off-peak week nights (excluding April and early May)
• $220pn for up to 6 guests for weekly stays -last 3 weeks of May, all off peak winter, all September through to 23rd December. From 15th January 2011 $240pn to 31st March (off-peak) and then as above dates
• $220pn WINTER off-peak weekly rate  for up to 5 guests can book online
• $285pn WINTER Vic school hols weekly rate for up to 5 guests can book online
• Stay 7/Pay 6 during peak peak periods including weekends (that is $356pn for weekly stays)

 

This single storey luxury town home of over 18 squares (in a boutique development of only 2), opened on 10th April 2009. It is set at the end of a quiet no through street which leads to a walking trail to town.
