The little extras - overly generous supplies and varieties of tea and coffee, a litre of milk, larger soap and full cakes of soap for longer stays, children's plastic plates and cups, picnic basket and Esky, fluffy bath sheets,  woollen underblankets to queen beds, suggested itineraries, instructions throughout cottages, laundry powder, some pantry items, advance warning of events during your stay.

Standard rates

• $240pn one couple using main bedrooms and ensuite only (once abalina 1 is booked (Sept - March)
• $185pn for a couple staying 3 off-peak nights (Sept - March)
• $265pn first 2 guests using 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (off - peak)
• Additional guests: $40pn adults 16 and over and $20pn children, 5th & 6th guests $10pn
• $100pn flat rate for third off-peak night regardless of number of guests Sept - March
• PEAK $395pn no charge additional guests ($339pn weekly and $300pn weekly for a couple)
• WINTER rates (see below under specials)

• Stay 3/Pay 2 all February and 7th to 31st May including weekends
• Stay 5/Pay 4 Sunday to Thursday including peak periods
• $200pn for up to 6 guests for weekly stays -last 3 weeks of May, all off peak winter, all September through to 23rd December. From 15th January 2011 $220pn to 31st March (off-peak) and then as above dates
• $200pn WINTER off-peak weekly rate  for up to 6 guests
• $265pn WINTER 1st - 10th July weekly rate for up to 6 guests
• Stay 7/Pay 6 during peak peak periods including weekends
