Falls Express Ticket Office – Located adjacent to the day car park at the base of the Falls Express Quad Chairlift.

Village Bowl Ticket Office – Located in the heart of the Village Bowl at the top of the Gully Chairlift.

Falls Creek Sports – Offering exclusive lift/lesson/rental packages as well as a range of retail apparel. Falls Creek Sports boasts two handy locations, in the St Falls complex, at the base of Falls Express Chairlift and in the Village Bowl.

Gebi’s Ski Hire – Gebi’s Ski Hire, located on the main road at the entry to the resort, now offers ticketing facilities as well as a host of great rental and retail products.
