• $250pn for up to 5 guests for weekly stays -last 3 weeks of May, all off peak winter, all September through to 23rd December. From 15th January 2011 $270pn to 31st March (off-peak) and then as above dates
• $250pn WINTER off-peak weekly rate  for up to 5 guests can book online
