Winter 2008 Specials (Operator Direct and Online Bookings)
$1000pw for up to 5 guests (6th and 7th night free ). Normally $2,255 for up to 5 guests. August only.
Bookings less than 5 nights will be charged at $225pn with no charge for additional guests - a saving of up to $120 per night
Discounted light breakfast basket first morning $10pp (minimum of 2). This can be selected from "Services" when making a booking.

Weekly Off Peak $1,800pw 3-5 guests ($1,490 2 guests) Normally $2,570 for 5 guests
Weekly Peak $2,000pw 3-5 guests ($1,770 2 guests) Long weekends excluded from weekly special (normally $3,115 for 5 guests)
September Off Peak Pay 2 Stay 3 or a very late checkout. For this special both nights booked on a weekend must be paid for with a Thursday or Sunday night free. Twin share averages at $160 to $177 per night.

Summer 2008 & Jan/Feb 2009 Specials
Dec 2 - 16 $150pn up to 5 guests (minimum booking 14 days) so we can go on holidays. Spare towels and linen provided. No cleaning during the period. Total cost $2,100. Standard tariff $5140 for 5 guests.
