2012 & 2013 SPECIALS

 

NOTE 1: MINIMUM STAY

All guests are to pay for a minimum of two nights unless one night has been negotiated. Peak times, special events, long weekends 3-5 night minimum.

NOTE 2: PEAK PERIODS

Peak periods apply to just before Xmas Day until the end of the second week in January, all long weekends, special event weekends, Easter, and July school holidays.

 

Mid-peak remainder of April, early May, Oct/Sept Victorian school holidays. Mid peak rates are at off-peak rates with a one special change. The 3 week night special has the 3rd nigt at a 50% discount rather than a flat $100 as per the low season. All other spedcials remain the same.

NOTE 3: WEEKLY BOOKINGS

Weekly bookings cannot commence on a Saturday without prior arrangement - phone email to book this Stay 7/pay 6 special.

NOTE 4: BOOKING SPECIALS (phone or email only)

Specials need to be booked by phone or email for the full special rate. If you do book online, we'll adjust your price to reflect the special rate less our online booking charges of 2% paid to our booking software company.

3 week-nights

  • off-peak low season: 3rd night $100
  • mid-peak: 3rd night 50% discount
  • Feb: Stay 3/Pay 2 (from 30th jan)
  • June: Stay 3/Pay 2 first week only before the long weekend


3 weekend nights

  • off-peak: 3rd night 50% discount
  • mid-peak 3rd night 50% discount


Stay 5/Pay 4

  • from an off-peak or mid peak Sunday


Weekly (peak and off-peak)

  • Stay 7/Pay 6 for all off-peak and peak bookings (off-peak works out at $1,540 for 2 guests (average of $220pn) to $2,550 for 6 adults (average of $364pn). The peak rate is $2,550 for up to 6 guests.
