abalina cottages reserves the right to change rates at any time. Where standard rates are reduced then prebooked accommodation will be reduced accordingly (excluding periodic specials and last minute offers). Where there is a price increase, prebooked accommodation tariffs will not be increased. Rates through other websites may be at higher rates as they may include commission.
abalina cottages have been designed as a luxury retreat for adults and for those families who don't mind paying that bit extra. The cottages appeal to those who like contemporary furnishings, spacious accommodation and who want to be able to walk to and from town, and to the cafes and restaurants. Each cottage takes a maximum of 5 guests in two queen bedrooms and one king single bedroom. Originally we only took singles and couples but added families after a number of requests from families who were happy to pay for luxury accommodation. Children are welcome (over 2 charged at adult rates and one child under 2 is free). Cots are not provided and required to be brought along as part of our terms and conditions.
Our online calendar and booking system allows you to make real-time bookings and payment (except for weekly and other specials) We can also accept bookings and credit card payments over the phone (03) 5755 1559.
Weekly bookings - See special weekly rates. For these rates choose the applicable package when making an online booking.. For bookings over 7 days these will generally be at a pro rata rate but cannot be booked online.. Breakfast is not included for bookings made after 24th June 2008.
Single night surcharge 20% (generally single nights will not be taken and only for one couple or single using one bedroom and ensuite.)
Breakfast $30 - breakfast for up to 5 guests on first morning only (sufficient for two days for 2 guests) Natural muesli and Sustain, 2 litres orange juice, 2 litres milk, yoghurt, cling peaches, raison toast and butter
Light breakfast basket first morning $10pp (min 2)
Add from services when booking online. Fresh natural muesli or Sustain, stewed fruit, fresh yoghurt to suit all tastes, raison toast and butter. Minimum of two breakfasts.

Minimum 2 night booking (longer in peak times, school holidays and winter check calendar)
May consider one night bookings in quieter times if one couple using one bedroom and one bathroom with 20% loading.
Maximum of 5 guests (2 queen beds and one king single, two bathrooms)
All linen, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, waffle robes, provided for your stay
Children over 2 charged at full rates
One child under 2 in their own cot free
This is a pet free and smoke free zone (smoking outside in the courtyard is fine)
50% deposit on booking balance payable 14 days prior to arrival

Standard off-peak twin share rates $225 per night midweek, $250pn weekernds with $30pp for each additional guest. Peak rates $285pn and $35pn for each additional guest

February 2009 Pay 2 stay 3 nights throughout February. For this special both nights on a weekend must be paid for with Thursday or Sunday night free
February 09 Special $1300pw for 2 guests, $1500pw for 3-5 guests
May 2009 17th May - 31st May. Pay 2 nights and stay 3 nights. Sunday to Thursday only.
WINTER 2009: 1,250pw up to 5 guests. Generally minimum of 5 nights during off-peak winter
