Porta cots and high chairs available at no extra charge.The large porta cot can also be used as a play pen. You will need to bring your own sheets, blankets, change blanket and a pillow for the porta cot. Towels provided. You will need to bring your own baby bath.

NOTE 2: PEAK PERIODS
Peak periods apply to just before Xmas Day until the end of the second week in January, all long weekends, special event weekends, Easter, and July school holidays. The peak rate is simply the standard rate for up to 6 guests. $425pn in abalina 1 and 2-on-rotary and $445pn in superior abalina-on-thompson. Peak rate includes up to 6 guests.
Mid-peak refers to the remainder of April, early May, Oct/Sept and Victorian school holidays . Mid peak has the same rates for off-peak except for the 3 week night special where the 3rd week night is discounted by 50% (off-peak it is a flat $100.)
STANDARD OFF-PEAK RATES IN 4.5 STAR ABALINA 1 AND 2-ON-ROTARY
Minimum of 2 nights charge per guest
- $265pn first the 2 guests (using up to 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms)
- $40pn each additional adult (so 4 adults $345pn, 6 adults $425pn)
- $20pn each additional child (so 2 adults and 2 children $305pn)
- $425pn peak periods for 1-6 guests
- $10pn for one child under 2 in a porta cot (ours or yours)
- Stay 7/Pay 6 weekly throughout the year
- Add $20pn for superior abalina-on-thompson
One night bookings are rare but may be possible in very slow times, last minute or in between other bookings. Add 10% surcharge for a one night booking.

Stay 7/Pay 6 (from $1,590pw for 2 guests off-peak to $2,550 for 6 guests in peak or off-peak. The peak rate is simply the standard rate for 6 aduts.
Wireless Internet
Wireless Internet at $5 per night of your stay - for usage of no more than an average of 50mb per day. Additional charges of 10cents per mb over this average daily rate. Minimum charge $10.
Starter breakfast pack - optional extra
The following breakfast provision is an additional all up $35 and can be varied to suit individual tastes. It is available on the first day of your stay only. This is sufficient for a group for one morning or a couple for several mornings. 2 litres low fat milk, 2 medium sized packets of breakfast cereals of your choice, 2 litres orange juice, cling peaches, yogurt, loaf of fruit toast, soft butter blend and jam.

Check in after 3pm and check out before 10.30am for bookings of 1-4 nights or checkout before 10am for bookings of 5 nights or more. Earlier check ins may be avalable with prior notice and depending on bookings. rates and availability calendar
abalina cottages reserves the right to change rates at any time. Where standard rates are reduced, then pre booked accommodation will be reduced accordingly (excluding last minute offers). Where there is a price increase, pre booked accommodation tariffs will not be increased.
Rates through other websites may be at higher rates as they may include commission (e.g $10pn for stayz.com.au and TakeABreak bookings and 10% for Bright Escapes and Alpine Visitor Information Centre bookings.)
Quotes are valid for 14 days.
The cottages have been set up as a luxury retreat for adults and for those families who don't mind paying that bit extra for luxury. The cottages appeal to those who like contemporary furnishings, spacious accommodation and who want to be able to walk to and from town, and to the cafes and restaurants. Children are welcome (under 16 years are charged at $20pn and one child under 2 $10pn in your own or our porta cot.

Single night surcharge may charge 10% on the standard rate. One night bookings are at the discretion of the host. Phone/email to check if one night booking is a possibility.
Pets - unfortunately we do not take pets, but can recommend others that do.
Terms and Conditions Summary
- All cottages are non-smoking
- Check-in after 3pm.
- Check-out before 10.30am for bookings under 5 nights and 10am for bookings of 5 nights or more.
- Minimum 2 nights off-peak for all guests (one night by arrangment only)
- 3-5 night minimums in peak times, special events, school holidays and winter - check availability calendar)
- 50% deposit, with balance payable 30 days in advance. If booking more than 6 months in advance, $250 secures the booking with the balance deposit due 3 months prior to arrival.
- Maximum of 6 guests+ one baby/toddler under 2 years
- If it is found that more guests have stayed than have been paid for, the host will charge the additional fee and reserve the right not to accept future bokings.
- All linen, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, waffle robes, provided for your stay
- Discounted rates and children rates are offered on the understanding that guests will leave the kitchen and dining areas clean and all items returned to their original position.
- This is a pet free and smoke free zone (smoking outside in the courtyard is fine)
- Refund of deposit if booking cancelled giving 30 or more days notice of cancellation (less $50 administration fee if paid by credit card, no fee if paid by Intenet transfer or direct deposit). No refunds under 30 days with possible off peak bookings transferred to another time at the discretion of the host. No refunds for peak bookings cancelled under 30 days but, if successfully re booked, a full refund will be provided less the $50 administration fee if payments made through a credit card provided the bookig is fully paid up.
