BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS

• hair dryer in both the ensuite and the bathroom

• electric blankets with 9 heat setting including quick warm up and automatic turn off

• thick mattress toppers to all beds (latex topper to main bed in abalina 1)

• quilts, blankets and waffle blankets to suit all needs

• panel heaters and fans to all bedrooms so the bedrooms can be individually adjusted - average overnight summer temperature is 10 degrees

• fluffy towels including king bath towels for adults

• large cake of soap for longer stays and medium soap for shorter stays

• shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, sewing kit, shower cap, sanitary bags

• Porta cot, high chair, baby bath, shower stool are included in the above rates

• lounge and dining seating for 6 (large tabe will take an extra 2 chairs from abalina 2 if you have 4 guests in each cottage - table has been changed from photos above)

• lounge room can be closed from bedrooms

• courtyard gate can be unlocked between abalina 1 and 2 for groups travelling together

• full kitchen facilities and appliances as you would expect in your own home

• self contained, right down to rice cooker, pizza tray, sifter, garlic press, spices etc

• quality crockery, cutlery, wine and port glasses for a dinner party if you wish

• 7.5 kg washing machine and 4kg dryer, full size ironing board and full steam iron

COURTYARD

• sunny, fully enclosed paved courtyard with electric BBQ kettle, clothes line and seating for 6 guests. abalina 1 and 2 have a gate between the two courtyards for groups holidaying together. abalina 1 has a second table in the courtyard for lager groups travelling together.
